Relax! There is no need to be nervous or to prepare anything in advance. The audition consists of vocalizing, conversation, and a little guided sight-reading. This is to assess your general musical ability and the quality and range of your voice.
Auditions for new members are held in September and January of each year.

Singers from a variety of backgrounds and levels of experience are welcomed to sing in this community based choir.
Prior choral singing experience is helpful and some ability to read music from a score is expected.
Rehearsals are held Monday evenings from 7-9:00 PM in Astoria.
